Trouble shooting:
If you are still struggling, it may have to do with issues that are outside of your knowledge or possibly with things you've allowed in your life but didn't realise the implications or impacts of those choices . As I said, the devil doesn't fight fair, but remember, even Jesus came under attack and was lead to the desert to be tempted by the devil. (You can read it in Matthew 4 in the bible)
Jesus won the battle and because of his victory over sin and death, he can offer you protection and deliverance. Psalm 23 is one of the most comforting psalms in the bible.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall lack nothing.
He makes me to lie down in green pastures,
He leads me beside quiet waters,
He restores my soul.
He guides me along paths of righteousness, for his name's sake.
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
I will fear no evil,
For you are with me;
Your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies
You anoint my head with oil;
My cup overflows.
Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of the Lord, forever.
The deliverance prayer attached below (found online) has helped various other people be set free from different kinds of oppression when we prayed it together. So you have more information and so that you can know that you have done all that you need to do, (as sometimes there's fear around what you need to do), I'm laying out an extensive solution.
The reason it sounds 'legal' is that there are spiritual laws that govern the heavens and the earth for all principalities and powers (like angels and demons). We as humans live in the 'valley of decision' (Joel 3:14). Meaning your choices in life really do matter, both good and bad. This is also why learning God's commandments will lead you in his ways that keep you safe from the traps of spiritually dark forces. These entities are arranged in formations that are warlike, and can indeed attack and target individuals. There are consequences to sins that lead to death but there is also hope and mercy by coming under the protection of Jesus. Righteousness and justice are the foundations of the ruling power of God, which is why you can trust him. He is also merciful and will deliver you when you call on his name.
"If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I would hear from heaven and I would come and heal their land."

Sovereign - supreme authority above all
Omnipotent - meaning all almighty, all powerful, unlimited power
Righteous - state of being is just or rightful
Immutability - unchangeable, no turning or variance
Eternal - everlasting timelessness, living forever
Absolute judgement - ultimate source of wisdom for goodness, highest acts of judgment
Absolute love - benevolent affection
Omniscient - All knowing, unlimited knowledge, perceiving all things
Omnipresent - Everywhere at the same time, in all, through all
Absolute truth - accurate understanding of all, infallible
Jesus is the exact representation of God, in human form. His mission to earth was to offer a way to rescue you out of spiritual death. This is why when you call on his name he is uniquely positioned to rescue you and grant you personal justice. If you feel any affliction, it is because you live in a world where spiritual darkness also dwells. You may not be 'possessed' by a demon but it can help to speak through these declarations regardless. Declarations are important because they take back your personal sovereignty and they also allow the angels commanded by God to do his will and to fight on your behalf.
A prayer you can pray is:
Jesus I ask for your help. Your sacred word says that all who call upon your name, will be saved. Please deliver me, and help me believe. I speak your name, Lord Jesus, have mercy on me.
Deliverance Prayer
I renounce all agreements with spiritual darkness, and repent of my sins. I renounce any allegiances to the kingdom of darkness and Satan
I renounce and reject any offerings that I have ever made to Satan or his demons
I renounce lust, perversion, pornography, immorality, and every unclean spirit that I have made a pact with, in Jesus name leave
I renounce and rebuke all witchcraft, occult practices, divination, and sorcery that I have ever been involved in, this could include blood oaths, board games/video games, magic chants, spirit ceremonies, psychic readings, music invocations, swearing by deities, etc.
I break all ungodly soul ties in any relationship in my life especially sexual bonds with lovers (past and present), homosexual soulmates, sexual desires or acts unlawful, in the name of Jesus.
I renounce and uproot out of my heart hatred, anger, resentment, lack of forgiveness, bitterness and envy. Release and leave me now, in Jesus name
I renounce and uproot from my life every addiction, every demonic pharmakia spirit that has me bound [this pertains to the abuse of prescription drugs or illegal drugs such as marijuana, heroice, cocaine, meth, etc Name the drug that has you bound and break it in the name of Jesus.] I destroy these attacks in the name of Jesus
I renounce from my life today jealousy, pride, self righteousness and egotism. Come out of me now, in the name of Jesus
I renounce fear, doubt and unbelief and every tormenting spirit. Come out of me now, in the name of Jesus
I renounce all ungodly generational covenants that my family members on my father’s side, my mother’s side and my ancestors going back ten generations have made. Let them be broken in Jesus’ name
I renounce and uproot every demonic word that I have spoken and given the devil legal rights over my life. Be broken, in Jesus name
I renounce any spirit husband or spirit wife or any demonic spiritual divorce papers that have come into my life in my dreams. Leave in Jesus name
I uproot out of my life all sickness, depression, and oppression trying to operate in my life. Be destroyed, in the name of Jesus
I curse at the root, every false word of prophecy spoken over my life, my family, my marriage, my children, and my ministry and business, in Jesus name
I destroy all demonic activity and every demonic thought that has been opened in my life. I shut them down in the name of Jesus Christ
I break off of me any residue of any demonic kind, in Jesus Name
I break off any backlash, any retaliation, and transfer of spirits that is trying to come against my family, my loved ones, and my finances, in the name of Jesus
Lord Jesus,
I ask you to protect my life, to be my defender and my safe place of refuge. Hide in your love and keep me safe from all harm.
I repent for seeking knowledge outside of you through any involvement with the occult. I ask you to forgive me. I repent of my sins.
I also command every evil spirit who may have gained access to my life when I opened the door through these activities to leave me now in the name of Jesus. I now shut every door to all such spirits.
Now according to your word in John 8:36 that says, “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” I declare that I am free.
Your word says that you are faithful to give the Holy Spirit to those who ask you. I ask you now, Heavenly Father, to fill those empty places with your Spirit. So in the name of Jesus, I ask you to please fill me with the Holy Spirit. I thank you for giving me a new life. May I speak words of life and believe I receive all that I have prayed for.
