The River, the Spirit and the Light.

The closet thing to receiving the Holy Spirit in the New Age religion, is the receiving of the Kundalini and listening to spirit guides. This is a counterfeit operation and has no place in the churches of Jesus Christ. You cannot drink from both the wells of pure water and the river of the Ganges or the Nile.

"No one can serve two masters. Either you will love the one and hate the other or, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money." (Matt 6:24)

To be a servant of the Lord you must forego your right to decide which truth is gospel and which truth is not. It cannot be a compromised gospel that you hold up to My face for approval.

Can you share in the glory of a false gospel?

Or will you share in His sufferings that you may share in His glory?

"For we did not follow cleverly devised stories when we told you about the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ in power, but we were eye witnesses of his majesty. He received honour and glory from God the Father when the voice came to him from the Majestic Glory saying, "This is my Son, whom I love; with him I am well pleased." We ourselves heard this voice that came from heaven when we were with him on the sacred mountain." 2 Peter 1:16-18.

To be a sanctified vessel of truth you must dwell in the light of scripture, not in every man's course and doctrine. If it did not come from Me then it does not please Me.

"Above all, you must understand that no prophecy of Scripture came about by the prophet's own interpretation of things. For prophecy never had its origin in the human will, but prophets, though human, spoke from God as they were carried along by the Holy Spirit." 2 Peter 1:20,21.

Do you have a formula for the Holy Spirit?

"Which if you fathers, if your son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead? Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion? If you then, though you are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask him!"Luke 11:11-13

Kundalini, which translates from Sanskrit to "coiled snake," describes the energy that rests, often dormant, coiled at the base of the spine ... in the muladhara, moving in a spiraled, two channel system, similar to human DNA, kundalini energy rises up to open the 3rd eye, granting illumination. Kundalini is a form of divine feminine energy. It is an important concept in Śhaiva Tantra, where it is believed to be a force or power associated with the divine feminine or the formless aspect of the Goddess.

Kundalini spirit, also known as a scorpion, is a force of sexual fire and associated with the practices of sexual magic. The tail of the animal is reminiscent of a spinal column, and it is not difficult to associate the raising of this tail – the moment the scorpion prepares for its deadly bite – with the rising kundalini, which, at the level of the forehead (the sixth chakra), makes the ego disappear from the scene for good, like a spiritual death.

"Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are healthy, your whole body also is full of light. But when you are unhealthy, your body is full of darkness. See to it then, that the light within you is not darkness. Therefore, if your whole body is full of light, and no part of it dark, it will be just as full of light as when a lamp shines its light on you." - Jesus (Luke 11:34-36.)

"The rest of mankind who were not killed by these plagues still did not repent of the works of their hands; they did not stop worshiping demons, and idols of gold, silver, bronze, stone and wood - idols that cannot see or hear or walk. Nor did they repent of their murders, their magic arts, their sexual immorality or their thefts." Revelation 9:20, 21.

"The the angel showed me the river of life, as clear as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb down the middle of the great street of the city. On one side of the river stood the tree of life, bearing twelve crops of fruit, yielding its fruit every month. And the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations. No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him. They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads. There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever." Revelation 22:1-5.
